# Rewards forfeiture
In certain specific cases of actions by eligible holders, rewards may be forfeited.
* If you sell or transfer more than 200,000 $UNDX tokens during a 24-hour reward epoch (00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC), your unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
* If your wallet balance falls below 10,000 $UNDX (the minimum sum for eligibility for rewards), your unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
