Deposit/Withdrawal

Deposit :

Since we do not have access to your wallet funds for obvious security reasons, to use the UNODEX app, you need to make a deposit to a wallet that you will create. (a "Main" wallet is automatically created when you log on for the first time, where you can deposit your funds before dispersing them to your other wallets)

• In the left menu, click on the "Wallet" section.

• Upon your first connection, a wallet is automatically created. You can create up to 5 wallets by clicking the "Create New Wallet" button.

• To make a deposit, copy the wallet address where you want to make the deposit by clicking on the "copy" icon (see image below), then make the deposit from your external wallet. Deposits take from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the state of the ETHEREUM network. If you have not seen your balance in the relevant wallet after more than 30 minutes from your transaction, please contact our support via this Telegram group: https://t.me/unodexsupport

You can deposit any ERC-20 token (ETHEREUM Blockchain). Currently, only the ETHEREUM blockchain is supported, so do not deposit tokens from another blockchain, or they will be lost.

Withdrawal :

• Go to the Wallet section (see previous steps) and choose the wallet from which you want to make a withdrawal. Then click on the token selection tab (see image below) to choose the token you want to withdraw. Enter the amount of tokens or ETH you wish to withdraw, then indicate the address or wallet to which you want to send the withdrawal.

• After configuring your withdrawal, you can click the "SEND" button, and your withdrawal will be processed instantly by our routers. The completion time depends on the real-time state of the blockchain.
