# Token tax

The UNDX token has a trading fee of 5/5% (buy/sell), and the fees will be distributed as follows:

* 40% of the fee will be redistributed as revenue sharing to holders who possess a minimum of 10,000 $UNDX equivalent to the percentage of the total eligible tokens.
* 60% of the fee will be allocated to servers, improving and developing the offered services, marketing (including special events, partnerships, and sponsorships), and all associated operating expenses.
